Hi, I’m Melody
I'm a Toronto-based Registered Social Worker who gets it—life can feel messy, overwhelming, and downright exhausting sometimes. Between juggling responsibilities and meeting everyone else’s expectations, it’s easy to lose sight of you.
That’s where I come in.
I help high-performing individuals untangle the overwhelm, quiet their inner critic, and heal from the patterns that keep them stuck in thoughts like, “I’m not good enough” or “I’ll never be enough.” I also work with couples navigating challenges in communication, intimacy, and life’s big transitions.
