Therapy
Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about creating space to breathe, heal, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Together, we’ll untangle the noise, make sense of the hard stuff, and help you build a life that actually feels good—not just one that looks good on paper.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy provides a supportive space to explore your emotions, gain clarity, and develop healthier coping strategies. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, empowering you to strengthen relationships, boost resilience, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
Couples Therapy
Couples therapy is designed to improve communication, restore intimacy and deepen emotional connections. In a supportive environment, partners learn techniques on how to rebuild trust, break free from negative patterns, and strengthen their bond.
How It Works
Getting started is simple. Come once, or come every week. You won't be locked in any contracts. Wherever you're at, however you're feeling - I've got you.
Step 1
Book a complimentary discovery call to see if we are a good fit. During the discovery call, we'll discuss your needs, goals and any questions you may have about therapy. If it's a good fit, we will move forward with scheduling your intake session.
Step 2
After scheduling our first session, an email with a personalized link to our client portal will be sent to you to complete your profile, intake and consent forms.
Step 3
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll review your personal history including any stressors, past trauma or relationship challenges you're facing. We'll also discuss your current concerns and therapy goals. This is a collaborative session where we begin to create a tailored plan for your therapeutic journey.

While Registered Social Workers (RSWs) are qualified to provide therapy, sessions aren’t covered by OHIP right now. The good news? Most extended health benefits include coverage for psychotherapy! Check with your insurance provider to see if sessions with an RSW are covered. At the conclusion of each session, I provide a receipt with my license details so you can submit it for reimbursement.

Your privacy is a top priority, and we’ll go over confidentiality in our first session. Everything we talk about stays between us—unless there are a few rare exceptions where I’m legally required to break confidentiality, including:
If there’s an immediate risk of harm to you or someone else
If there’s knowledge or suspicion of harm to a child under 16
If clinical records are subpoenaed by a court
If you’re using extended health benefits, your insurance provider may request for details like session dates for billing purposes.
