Individual Therapy

You've built the career, hit the milestones, and kept it together for everyone around you. But underneath that, there's exhaustion, self-doubt, and a quiet voice asking when is this going to feel like enough?

Individual therapy provides a supportive space to untangle that. We’ll work on your thoughts and patterns that drive your burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, and people-pleasing tendencies so that you can stop surviving your life and start living in it.

This is for you if you’re navigating imposter syndrome, burnout, anxiety, chronic self-criticism, or the pressure of expectatioins you’ve been carrying for too long.

Couples Therapy

Every relationship hits friction where communication breaks down, distance creeps in, or old patterns resurface. That doesn't mean something is wrong with your relationship. It means you're human.

Couples therapy creates a supported space to rebuild understanding, restore intimacy, and develop new ways of showing up for each other - whether you're navigating a major life transition, recovering from a rupture in trust, or simply feeling disconnected.

How It Works

Getting started is simple. Come once, or come every week. You won't be locked in any contracts. Wherever you're at, however you're feeling - I've got you. 

Step 1

Book a complimentary discovery call to see if we are a good fit. During the discovery call, we'll discuss your needs, goals and any questions you may have about therapy. If it's a good fit, we will move forward with scheduling your intake session.

Step 2

After scheduling our first session, an email with a personalized link to our client portal will be sent to you to complete your profile, intake and consent forms. 

Step 3

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We'll review your personal history including any stressors, past trauma or relationship challenges you're facing. We'll also discuss your current concerns and therapy goals. This is a collaborative session where we begin to create a tailored plan for your therapeutic journey.
